About Me
I’m an IAHIP-accredited psychotherapist working with adolescents and adults in a warm, relational and holistic way. I offer a confidential space where people can explore what’s difficult, make sense of their lived experience and develop the inner resources needed for growth and change.
I’m drawn to this work through a deep curiosity about people and the stories we carry. I value honesty, warmth and gentle humour in the therapy room, and I’m committed to offering a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, understood and supported to be themselves whether they are navigating adolescence, life transitions, relationships, or the quiet struggles that can feel hard to name.
My personal journey has shaped the way I work with others. It’s given me a deep understanding of how life’s twists and turns can lead us away from who we are and how powerful it is when we reconnect with ourselves. I now feel privileged to help others navigate their own challenges, discover their strengths, and live with greater clarity and purpose.
