I’m an IAHIP-accredited psychotherapist working with adolescents and adults in a warm, relational and holistic way. I offer a confidential space where people can explore what’s difficult, make sense of their lived experience and develop the inner resources needed for growth and change.

I’m drawn to this work through a deep curiosity about people and the stories we carry. I value honesty, warmth and gentle humour in the therapy room, and I’m committed to offering a therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, understood and supported to be themselves whether they are navigating adolescence, life transitions, relationships, or the quiet struggles that can feel hard to name.

It can feel daunting for some to embark on a therapy journey, I am mindful of this and will help you to feel relaxed, comfortable and informed when exploring your options for therapy.​ I meet clients both face-to-face and online.
